09::00 - 17:30
This international conference aims to explore innovative models of collaboration in French-speaking countries, bringing together the perspectives of practitioners, decision-makers, researchers, and future healthcare professionals.
Across the world, innovative models of collaboration between social and health care are emerging, driven by professional, nonprofit, and government initiatives. While some of these practices are recent, such as territorialized care management and the emergence of new coordination roles (e.g., case managers), others have already made their mark on the institutional landscape for several decades, such as Medical Centers in Belgium, Health Centers in France, and Health Centers in Switzerland.
The objective? To foster a comparative analysis of the challenges of these initiatives to inform practices and public policies.
This conference offers an in-depth discussion on collaborations between healthcare and social support stakeholders. The program includes site visits, workshops, and thematic sessions focused on the following four issues:
Issue 1: Anchoring collaboration in the regions
Issue 2: Collaboration tools (including digital tools)
Issue 3: Governance and sustainability of collaboration
Issue 4: Collaboration and professional well-being
Discussion will be in French
